To install Photoshine, first you need to download it from the official website. On the download page, only the Mini version is available. The full version is disabled and available for registered... users. Download the mini version and save it to a place of choice. Navigate to that folder, right click it and select Run As Administrator. Follow the instructions presented in the installer and that's it.
