— Some setting must have been changed that the program is now only displaying blank radiographs- the patient information, view, etc that is usually burned on the film is gone. What am I missing?
To restore patient information onto the films in eFilm Workstation, you may need to check the settings in the program. Look for options to display patient information on the radiographs and make... sure they are selected. You may also need to check if there are any updates available for the software that could fix this issue.
