First, you need to make sure that you have a laptop made by ASUS, because the application will only work on those devices. If you do, try uninstalling and reinstalling the application...

In the Device Manager window that pops-up, make sure that your camera driver is installed correctly. If you see a yellow question mark on it, it means that it's not install properly, so right-click the name of the webcam and press Update. Lastly, reboot your computer and LifeFrame should work now.In case you need to download the application again or drivers for your laptop, go to ASUS's support page, type in your laptop mode and go from there.
