— Bought a webcam and got the software but I couldn't install Magic-I 3. It displays a message saying that it lacks the file: arcfakecapture.dll. So far I couldn't use the program.

This is a DLL files required by the application. If it didn't install it properly then it was because the installer did not have enough system rights to copy the files in the right folders. Right click the installation file and then use Run As Administrator and it will work this way.
