You can't download any other version because the developer listed only one version on its website. There are two possibilities that's causing the error: The application is fake.... The website tells you to complete a survey to download the software. If the software doesn't work after downloading, then it's probably a fake app without 0 functionality. The software wasn't created for Windows 7 which means you will have to use a a compatibility tweak. Right click the executable, choose Properties > Compatibility > Windows XP. Read more
